Invitations to luxury party in Frankfurt sent out by Bugatti contained a blurred image of their new car.

Long-awaited car will soon be presented to the public

In this way the company undoubtedly hints at upcoming presentation of brand new model. This car is said not to be the extension of existing car models, but is said to be something absolutely new.
